Expert Parts Identification & Receivals 🏎️
Autonomous M-F Day Shift 🛠️
Are you a meticulous Storeperson who takes pride in inventory accuracy? We are seeking an experienced professional to manage Automotive Receivals for an expanding national luxury car parts distributor in Eagle Farm.
This is a specialized role where your eye for detail is just as important as your forklift skills. You will be responsible for the receivals flow—ensuring that high-value, technical automotive components are correctly identified, inspected, and processed into the system before they reach our team of specialist car technicians.
Competitive Pay: recognizing your technical parts knowledge and ability to work without supervision.
Work-Life Balance: Consistent Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM roster
Autonomous Environment: You will have ownership over the receivals area, managing your own workflow and priority list.
Clean & Modern Facility: Handle premium, high-performance inventory in an organized, professional environment.
Accessibility: Conveniently located near public transport links in the Eagle Farm/Bowen Hills precinct.
This role focuses on the precision of technical automotive stock entry:
Technical Receivals: Unpack and verify incoming luxury parts against purchase orders and manifests with 100% accuracy.
Parts Identification: Distinguish between complex automotive components and check for any transit damage to high-value items.
System Integration: Utilize basic computer skills to update inventory management systems and process inward goods.
Precision Forklift Operation: Use an LF forklift to safely put away stock in high-density racking and move larger components for the service team.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate directly with car technicians to ensure "priority parts" are identified and delivered to the workshop immediately.
We need an experienced "Parts Person" who understands that in the luxury world, every serial number matters:
Proven Warehouse Experience: Solid background in storeperson duties, specifically within a Receivals or Inward Goods capacity.
Automotive Knowledge: Previous experience handling car parts is highly desirable—you know your way around a parts catalog or SKU list.
Mandatory Forklift Licence (LF): Confident and safe operator for high-value stock movements.
Meticulous Attention to Detail: You are the person who notices when a part number is one digit off.
Computer Literacy: Ability to learn and navigate inventory software and order processing systems.
If you are a motivated Storeperson who enjoys the technical side of warehousing and parts management, we want to hear from you.
